Kit Serological diagnosis of Myxomatosis (KIT IZSLER Code 72671)
The kit is supplied for the analysis of 300 sera at four 4 dilution (titre till≥ 1/1280) or 1200 sera at the dilution 1/10 (negative/positive).
The kit is supplied as reagents with instructions that include interpreting the results. The kit does not include the ELISA plates, buffers, and OPD (the substrate for peroxidase). This is not yet officially validated.
